Current Michigan Pup & Trainer Titleholders must attend at least one (1) Pride Celebration in the State of Michigan during their title year.
They must also host at least one (1) Pup & Trainer-themed event during their tenure. This can be a fundraiser to assist in your travels, or may simply be a social engagement.
Current Michigan Pup & Trainer Titleholders may not run for another title during their title year. If they would like to subsequently run for an additional title after they have stepped down, they are fully encouraged to do so.
Titleholders are welcome to travel to/attend as many events as they'd like, but we highly suggest fundraising in order to offset these costs.
During your title year, your actions and behavior reflects on both the title and the greater Pup & Trainer Community. Titleholders are expected to refrain from toxic and/or abusive behaviors.
The last obligation of the titleholder will be to act as the outgoing titleholder at the Contest in which their successor is selected or appointed. Unless there is a conflict of interest, the titleholder may also be invited to act as a judge at the Contest
